Every Hilton Haven piece is handmade once and never repeated - one of one, like you.

Changed your mind? Unworn pieces in original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method. Return shipping is on you, and the original shipping cost is not refundable.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item: Tell us within 7 days of delivery, with a photo, and we will repair it, replace it, or refund you in full - your choice. We will cover return shipping in this case too.

Custom or personalized pieces are final sale - they are made just for you.
